Energy Independence for a Modern Home:
DC SOLAR SOLUTIONS installed a 14.9 kWp solar PV system with 21.5 kWh of WECO battery storage and a 12 kW Deye 3 phase hybrid inverter operating fully off grid.
Even with limited occupancy since installation, the system has generated and supplied 925 kWh over 1 year and 7 months, avoiding electricity purchases at a grid tariff of $0.53/kWh. With normal occupancy, the system is expected to reach payback by mid 2029.
